Council Calendar Planning

During the West Tennessee Area Council's 2023-2024 Calendar Planning Meeting, attendees will discuss and plan upcoming events for the Boy Scouts of America. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, April 18 at the Council Service Center from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. All interested parties are invited to attend.

The focus of the meeting will be on creating the overall council calendar for the upcoming year. Districts are encouraged to create their calendars at their respective District Committee meetings prior to the Council meeting. District dates should generally be in the first two weeks of the month, with Council events taking place in the last two weeks of the month.

This planning meeting is an important opportunity for members of the West Tennessee Area Council to coordinate and organize events for the upcoming year. Attendees will have the chance to contribute their ideas and collaborate with others to create a successful calendar of events.
