Program Extravaganza Planning/Review Meeting

Hey everyone,

Great news! We have our location for this year’s Program Extravaganza secured! We’ll be back at First United Methodist Church in downtown Jackson on August 3.

Now is where I really need your help. (Please forward this invitation to everyone else who should be involved) – We need to make sure that we have all our events and district/council committees covered for our booths/games, set-up, etc.

Will you please let me know if you can join me for a Program Extravaganza Planning/Review Meeting on July 18 at the Council Service Center? We will also have the option to meet by video conference.

Tentative Schedule of Events for August Program Extravaganza:

5:30 PM        Doors Open / Meal Served

6:10 PM        2023-2024 Program Overview

6:55 PM        Door Prize Drawing (Limited to a handful of drawings)

7:00 PM        Program Exhibit

8:00 PM        To end the evening, we will all move to the parking lot for a Flag Retirement Ceremony for those who wish to participate.

8:15 PM        As everyone is being dismissed, they will receive copies of the 2023-2024 Program Planning Guide.
